Where Every Bite Tells a Story
Hand-folded pranthas, slow-cooked Indian curries and chai — served in a warm, gold-lit dining room in the heart of Staines.
A Junction of Flavour & Craft
Prantha Junction began as a simple idea: bring the comfort of hand-folded, griddle-fresh pranthas together with the quiet ritual of a good cup of coffee. Every dish on our table is made fresh each morning in our open kitchen, using recipes carried through generations and finished with a modern, considered touch.
What Goes In
Small ingredients, carried through every generation.
Ajwain
Carom seed — for digestion and aroma.
Jeera
Cumin, toasted whole — earthy warmth in every layer.
Haldi
Turmeric — colour, warmth and quiet healing.
Dhania
Coriander, ground fresh, for brightness.
Kasuri Methi
Dried fenugreek leaf — a signature Punjabi finish.
Amchur
Dry mango powder — a gentle tang to round it out.
Tradition & Family Recipes
For three generations our family has hand-rolled every prantha the same patient way — quality ingredients, no shortcuts, and a griddle that never really cools. Every visit is a taste of that heritage, served fresh in a room built for warmth.
